information including your email address. The information will be used for
identification purposes and for no other purpose. As you can appreciate, each
respondent will need to have a unique identifier in order to add multiple entries and/or
to edit an existing set of responses. Your email address is a unique identifier.
You will also be asked to complete a project profile for each project. It may
be useful to view the respondent
profile or the project
profile prior to entering the information. You will not be able to answer the survey questions with
simple yes/no answers. The suggestion is that you print the list of questions,
consider your responses, type them up in your word processor and then cut and paste them
into the answer areas. If you have filled out online questionnaires before, you will
know that typing long answers into text area boxes is extremely frustrating. |
