When you click on the link below and have downloaded the membership form,
please note that
one (1) journal is INCLUDED in the price of membership and
payment can be made by cheque made out to CMA or by bank transfer,
the banking details are on the form.
The membership form MUST be sent to CMA regardless of payment method
as we forward your details to AAMT. There will be a delay from when
you send your payment and AAMT processes your membership.
