CSAQ Primary Team Games – Soccer 2005
Venue:
Redbank Recreation Reserve Redbank Rd
Could each school please bring a first aid kit including strapping tape and
bandages.
Duty:
The two teams playing each one another supply referees and linesman. The referee
is to be a capable Senior Student or staff member from either team. The
refereeing can be turnabout by each team or shared halves refereeing. Each team
is to supply one linesman for each half. The referee is to keep score and report
any red cards to organiser along with result – including corners for and
against.
Officials:
Please let the venue coordinator know the number of officials you have brought
from your school who are available throughout the day. Officials will need to
collect a scorecard from venue coordinator prior to games.
Officials need to record the number of goals scored as well as the number of
corners each team receives. Teams score 3 points for a win, 2 for a draw, 1 for
a loss and 0 for a forfeit. In the event of a draw at the end of the day
positions will be decided on points for and against and then corners for and
against.
Time allowed for games:
20 mins games – a swap over without a break half way through the game (after 10
mins) with approximately 5 mins in between games. The time in between games may
be shortened be prepared to play on the sound of the hooter.
Other by laws applicable to this competition:
Two ungraded pools with winners of each pool playing for first and second and
second places playing for 3rd and 4th: FIFA rules apply: Unlimited interchange
of players: Teams playing are to provide a linesman for each game.
Points
3 – win 2 – draw, 1 – loss. If final points are equal, count back goals for and
against and then corners for and against.
Disputes:
Any disputes to be taken to the venue coordinator at the conclusion of the game.
