Business:

The Chairperson welcomed those present, especially those new to our Community of Schools

The Term 4 Meeting was briefly reviewed .

It was agreed that Warwick Bradley (FPS) would continue as chairperson for 2004.

Drama Workshop & Presentation – would occur following this timeframe & if funding available

Digital Movie Making- Steve to investigate feasibility of holding this on either one or two days

Enviro Festival – plans in hand to hold this day Thursday 13^th May

Maths Morning would take place as would take place as would the Vis Arts Day in some form.

Science Morning/Afternoon- Steve to liaise with staff-perhaps a problem to solve during the course of the time available

Public Speaking & Debating – agreed to endorse Julia Ray’s proposal for debating & public speaking throughout the year. Indication of involvement during T1. Schools would also be able to be part of the Multicultural Public Speaking Comp.
