AICAPP is a program which is designed to enhance Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students knowledge of their career pathways.

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Careers Aspiration Pathways Program (AICAPP) was officially launched on May 7, 1998 at Holland Park State High School as a joint initiative of Education Queensland and the Department of Education, Training and Youth Affairs (DETYA).

AICAPP is a program implemented to address some of the key long-term education and employment issues of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. It involves the development of a model career guidance program that is specifically and culturally appropriate to the interests and aspirations of both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and their communities.

The program is aimed at students in years of 7, 8 and 9.
