Title		Australian Vegetarian Society

Outline		Lists the benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle, including a list of vegetarian restaurants and a vegetarian shopping guide which displays the Approved by the Vegetarian Society logo in colour. Articles from the New Vegetarian are available eg "Holy Cow" which details the cultural significance of the cow for India. The link to Vegetarian Pages opens a whole range of other internet sites on vegetarianism.

Value of information		A good Australian site where foods are easily recognised. As always. the views expressed in the articles need to be openly discussed. An added bonus is the debate about mulitculturalism as displayed in We are one.
