Outline		The Domaine du Chêne is a family running carried out by the family Chauvet for three generations. The vineyard area is twenty five hectares. The Muscadet appellation is "Côtes de Grandlieu". In the running, some vines are fifty years old. The grape varieties are different according to the wines. There are Muscadet, Gros Plant, Grolleau gris, Chardonnay, Grolleau rosé, Gamay and Cabernet. Grounds are rocky for Muscadet and some plots are on schist or "grave".
